Vinyasa yoga is a 60 minute flow linking together postures with breath to allow for a rhythmic type of movement that creates mental focus, and body-to-breath connection. This flow often includes balances to increase the heart rate, promote flexibility, strength, stability, & focus. With Vinyasa flow, you will leave your mat feeling energized and ready for the day!
Vinyasa & Strength
This 60 minute flow often includes core work, standing balances and inversions to offer a fun challenge & opportunity for growth in your physical strength & personal practice. A working knowledge of yoga is needed for quicker transitions, and a faster breath-to-movement pace.
